Scott Anderson
Scott is a seasoned business executive and technical consultant in the hotel resort industry specializing in sales and marketing. He currently owns and operates High Country Hospitality where he provides operational, strategic, and marketing consulting services to Full Service Hotels and Resorts, Limited Service Hotels, Mixed Use Developments, Golf Course facilities and Shared Ownership facilities. Scott has previously served as President at several five-star hotels in North America as well as at Kohler Hospitality & Real Estate, which owns and operates The Old Course in St. Andrews, Scotland, among others. He has also served as Managing Director of Games Services for the 1996 Olympic Games and General Chairman of the 2010 PGA Championship.
Matt Berman
Matt is an experienced attorney focused on business, contract and transactional law. In addition to legal expertise Berman has extensive business development, operations and deal negotiation acumen. Matt was founder and CEO of Instant Amber, an information portal that enables law enforcement to instantaneously retrieve critical data on missing children. He was also Director of Business Development for Network Contract Solutions LLC. Berman is currently an attorney with Pankey & Horlock in the greater Nashville, TN area.
Scott Brennan
Scott holds a diverse background in market entry and development, co-branded credit card portfolios, B2B and B2C marketing, travel and hospitality industries and loyalty programs. Scott is currently EVP & Head of Global Supplier Management for Carlson Wagonlit Travel. Previously, he was VP of Global Strategic Partnerships for Hilton, where he was in charge of the Hilton HHonors program. Scott also held a role as Global Head of Partnerships at Rocketmiles, where he aligned numerous loyalty point programs with Rocketmiles’ hotel booking engine.
Abbot Gilman
Abbot is a successful serial entrepreneur, investor, board member and advisor to venture funds and emerging technology and growth companies. He is currently Executive Chairman of Active Broadband Networks, a supplier of software-defined broadband service management solutions, and on the advisory board of three additional technology-oriented companies. Previously he co-founded Broadband Access Systems to deliver high-quality voice, data, and video communications solutions to cable companies and other carriers.  ADC Telecom acquired the company in 2000. Abbot also was VP of Marketing and Sales for Applied Network Technology, which was acquired by FORE Systems, and Group Marketing Manager for Digital Equipment Corporation.
Leon Navickas
Leon is an experienced CEO, board member, and investor in software businesses. He specializes in start-ups, fund-raising, team building, P&L management, as well as marketing and sales in the enterprise, higher education, and government markets. He currently is a Partner at Creative Properties where he leads their investment management in the software industry. Previously, Leon was General Manager of R&D at Lotus Development Corporation where he led the development of Lotus Notes. He went on to become Founder, Chairman and CEO of Centra Software which provides real-time collaboration, e-learning and conferencing software for the Global 2000 market.
